I loved the property and great staff and food. The breakfast had a lot of options, cereal, fruit, pastries and cheese.

Had very very good stay for a long time, the staff were customer-oriented, location was easy and away from the wall at the left hand side. The room was stocked, air conditioned with the shower, a great breakfast plus the sofa bed out and great for the money.

The restaurant was very nice and reasonably priced, for lunch.

Well, the area was quite dirty overall.

The hotel was safe and clean with outstanding staff and amenities. Great view, good bar - everything was modern.

Everything was very good, loved our very nice stay. The staff were consistently courteous and immensely pleasant as well, will be back.

It's decent value for money, had a lovely stay for night. The venue was fairly clean, offered perfect staff and amenities.

We think it's a convenient base for staying in Birmingham. Air-conditioned rooms, good value.

Healthy breakfast, a wide range of options available. Fantastic view, a lovely balcony, really nice bed, too. Everything was immaculate as expected, though the bathroom was very small. Services were really great too.

We do loved it because of staff and amenities. A great selection of goodies for breakfast. They offered extra towels too

Top location, great facilities, very cordial staff. I liked well-equipped room, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. They made my stay decent. Fantastic service. A sandy beach, fascinating view. Restaurant was top-notch.

My experience was very positive. Plenty of food at breakfast, such as cheese and pastries. Fine beds, climate control, Wi-Fi and coffee were a nice touch. The pool was brilliant and the garden — nice. The hotel was in a sightseeing area.

The service is marvellous, the breakfast is DELICIOUS. Fantastic hospitality from the management. We really loved the amenities, such as a heating system, a work desk and a clothes-hanging unit. You can relax at Beacon Harvester, located nearby.

Hotel had comfortable beds. The venue was set just a walk down to Red House Park.
